autobankstatement provides a digital service that converts bank statement PDFs into CSV or Excel outputs. Because the Service is delivered immediately and uses conversion credits, refunds are limited as described below.
One-time credit purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase if no conversions have been completed and no downloads have been generated.
Subscription charges are refundable only for the most recent billing cycle within 14 days, provided no credits were used during that cycle.
Duplicate charges or verified billing errors are refundable once confirmed by our support team.
Conversions that have already been completed or downloaded.
Requests submitted after the 14-day window.
Issues caused by unsupported file formats, incomplete source documents, or changes made to outputs after download.
If a conversion fails or the output is materially unusable due to a Service error, contact support within 14 days of the charge. We will attempt to resolve the issue or rerun the conversion.
If we cannot resolve the issue, we will refund the affected conversion credit or the applicable charge at our discretion.
Email support@autobankstatement.com with the account email, invoice date, and a brief description of the issue. Include the file name or conversion details when applicable.
We typically respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
