Terms of Service

Please review these terms carefully before using autobankstatement. They explain your responsibilities, our commitments, and how we handle your data.

Last updated: October 1, 2025

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing autobankstatement (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies linked from this page. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, maintaining accurate account information, and notifying us immediately of unauthorized use.

3. Permitted use

Upload only bank statements or financial documents you have the right to process. You may not probe or circumvent security controls, attempt to reverse engineer the Service, launch automated scraping, or use the platform for unlawful activities.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval shown during checkout. Charges are non-refundable except where legally required. You can cancel at any time, and access continues through the current billing period.

5. Conversion credits & storage

Conversions consume the credits allocated to your plan. Input documents and generated outputs are stored only long enough to deliver the download links or meet compliance obligations; retention windows are configurable in your workspace settings.

6. Confidentiality

We treat uploaded data as confidential and only use it to provide the Service. You remain the owner of all content. You grant us a limited license to host and process files solely to fulfill conversions and maintain the platform.

7. Availability & support

We target high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or emergency downtime may occur. Support requests are handled via email during posted business hours.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for validating outputs before using them in downstream systems or filings.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, autobankstatement and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription and discontinuing use. Sections addressing ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitations, and governing law survive termination.

11. Updates

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated via email or in-product notices. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@autobankstatement.com.
